Simple rules for using the Manohar Pipe mobile app, website, and ordering services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and mobile application of Manohar Pipe, Manohar Pipe, Jamnagar.
By using our website or mobile app, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. About our business and app
Manohar Pipe supplies water tanks, PVC / CPVC pipes, fittings, and plumbing products mainly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to retailers, dealers, and partners.
Our products include:
- Multi-layer water tanks (2 layer to 5 layer, capacities up to 5000 liters)
- PVC and CPVC pipes, elbows, and plumbing fittings
- Product information, offers, and company details on the website and app
Through the mobile app, approved users can:
- Register and log in as a retailer (or admin, where allowed)
- Browse products and place orders
- Track order status, challans, and invoices
- Receive notifications about orders and payment confirmation
This app is for business partners. It is not a general public shopping marketplace unless we specifically approve an account.
2. Accounts
- Provide correct business and contact details (name, email, phone, address, and GST number where applicable)
- Our team may review and approve accounts. We may refuse, suspend, or disable accounts with wrong details, misuse, or unpaid dues
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account
- If you notice unauthorised access, inform us immediately
3. Products and pricing
- Product photos, sizes, and rates shown in the app or website are for reference
- Final price, stock, tax, discount, and transport charges are confirmed through the order / challan / invoice process
- Small differences in shade, packing, or batch may happen
- Rates shared on phone, WhatsApp, or contact form depend on quantity, location, and stock at that time
- Brand or ISI warranty, where applicable, follows the manufacturer guidelines
4. Orders
- Placing an order in the app is a request. Dispatch happens after stock check, transport arrangement, and payment terms are clear
- Order status may be: pending, processing, shipped, delivered, or cancelled
- Retailers can edit, cancel, or delete an order only while it is pending
- After processing starts, any change or cancellation needs our approval
- We may hold or cancel orders due to stock issues, wrong details, payment problems, or misuse
5. Challans and invoices
- A challan may be created when an order is placed or processed
- GST invoices are usually generated after payment is marked as paid
- Challans and invoices are official business documents. Please check quantity, rate, GST, and totals
- Some downloads may stay locked until our admin updates the payment status
6. Payment
Please read this section carefully. It is important for Google Play and for clear understanding of how payment works.
When you place an order, you may select:
- Cash, or
- Bank / Online - meaning bank transfer, UPI, NEFT / RTGS, cheque, or similar payment made outside the app
Important points:
- The app does not have any payment gateway
- The app does not collect or process card payments, UPI payments, or net-banking passwords inside the app
- If you choose Bank / Online, you pay directly to Manohar Pipe's business bank account (details shared by us or shown on the invoice)
- Payment is not completed inside the app
- Our admin team manually checks our bank account and then updates payment status (pending, in process, paid, or failed)
- If you choose Cash, payment is settled as agreed, and admin updates the status after confirmation
- Until payment is confirmed as paid (where advance is required), we may hold challan download, invoice, or dispatch
- Unpaid or failed payments may lead to order hold, cancellation, or account restriction. Further supply may be paused if earlier bills are unpaid
- Please enter the correct amount and payment reference. Wrong UTR or delayed bank credit can delay confirmation
7. Delivery
- Delivery time depends on stock, destination, and transporter availability
- Local deliveries are usually faster; outstation orders are discussed separately
- Your name, phone, and address may be shared with the transporter for delivery
- Please check packing and quantity when goods arrive. Report shortage or transit damage quickly with photos and challan details
8. Returns and replacement
- Wrong material supplied or a clear manufacturing fault is reviewed case by case with challan / invoice proof
- Goods damaged after delivery, wrongly fitted, altered, or misused are generally not returnable
- If a return is approved, follow the instructions we share (condition, packing, and timeline)
9. Offers and retailer points
Special offers or point schemes on the website, in the app, or shared by our team may have their own conditions. We may change or close an offer when needed.
10. Notifications
By using the app, you agree to receive emails and push / in-app notifications about orders, payment confirmation, and account status. You can turn off device push notifications in phone settings. Important transactional emails may still be sent.
11. Proper use
Use our website and app only for genuine business inquiries and ordering. You agree not to:
- Give false registration or GST details
- Try to access another person's account or data
- Misuse, scrape, or attack the app or website
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Upload illegal or infringing photos or content
- Copy our product photos or content without permission
We may suspend or close access if these rules are broken.
12. Our content and branding
App design, logos, product photos, text, and software belong to Manohar Pipe or our licensors. You may use challans and invoices we issue to you for normal business, but you may not copy or redistribute our content without permission.
13. Third-party links and tools
The app may use Firebase, Pusher, email providers, and similar tools. Their uptime and policies are not fully under our control. Social media and map links on the website open third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Availability
We try to keep the website and app running smoothly. Sometimes maintenance or technical issues may cause slow loading or temporary downtime. Product availability and delivery times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
15. Liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, Manohar Pipe is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit arising from app or website use, delayed delivery, network problems, or third-party service downtime. For a claim related to a specific order, our liability is limited to the amount paid for that order's goods (excluding tax / transport where applicable), except where the law does not allow such a limit.
16. Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims that arise from misuse of the app, wrong information you provide, or breach of these terms.
17. Account deletion
You may delete your account from the app, or request deletion by email. After deletion, login access ends. Past order and tax records may still be kept as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
18. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our process changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or app after an update means you accept the new terms.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat will have jurisdiction. This is primarily a B2B service.
